Sunrise/Sunset

Most of you know, I have lived for the hours just before, just after, and during sunrise or sunset. Today’s post is merely a celebration (for me anyway), of being out during those hours with a camera and tripod.

Most photographers I have known who do a lot of sunrises, sunsets, shoot 90% sunsets. I loved getting up in the dark of night and chasing what and where, and when, the rising sun would appear. I would guess I have done about 75% rises verses 25% sets.

The array of colors you see below of course have a lot to do with the rising/setting sun, but the surrounding atmosphere, be it dry, wet, or other, is just as much a factor.

I will close by giving thanks to a friend from my past, as she helped me deal with some dizziness (literally not figuratively) that I am encountering as of late.
Thank you Darlene.

Also, it was great to hear from Ron. Someone who with which I have chased many a subject with a camera.

I hope each you had a nice Thanksgiving day. It is good to literally give thanks every day, to the three aspects of the one God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Trinty will live forever, as every good and honest bible will tell you.

The bigest threat to true Chrisitanity is not non-Christian religions, it is false Christianity.

Man should not have an ego that proclaims that I can work my way to Heaven. While there are many things we should do to please God, the ego to believe that I am that perfect, is actually ungodly.

Christ suffered the Cross as a man, and then returned to His Godlyness purposly to give us, via our Faith and Love, a pathway to Heaven.

Keep in mind, that Chrisitianty begins with Christ!

Niether you or I, can earn our way to Heaven

May God Bless,
Wayne

I loved viewing all your beautiful & warm tones of the sunrises Wayne! You are very welcome friend.

Doing my best to keep active. I will attempt to learn Lightroom starting in January. Say some prayers for me in that regard, it seems daunting.

God bless you Wayne & take care,

    Darlene
