I do not believe that most wisdom is inherent. Most is learned. I actually believe that is how God wants it to be. It is most often learned from people who have themselves actually gained their wisdom from their elders, as well as from those who gained wisdom in life. Most of the thinking from truly wise people is so simple, it is embarrassing to not understand it. The more we turn our back on those with wisdom, the less wisdom we have to impart to those who follow behind us.
It is common sense, to learn from those who are already wise.
Below are a few quotes from those who are wise.
“ Only in Congress do people adjust to economic adversity and growing deficits, by spending more money”
Thomas Sowell
“The doors of wisdom are never shut.”
Benjamin Franklin
Proverbs 16:16
16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!
Part of wisdom is knowing when to stick close to the crowd, and knowing when to leave a little room. All of those around us,do not spread wisdom.
Group think, rarely promotes wisdom. It has been the catalyst for riots (in recent years) and lynching’s in America and other places.

Leaving breathing room for independant thought, is both prudent and wise.

Anyone who knows me, can certaily tell tales of the lack of wisdom I have displayed at times. Wisdom not discression, is indeed, the better part of valor.
Be wise,
