Today’s post is about bits and pieces, or tidbits if you will, of whatever came to
my mind. In other words, the usual.

Let us begin with a few images. The subject is anything that was photographed
from up close.

The “ruling class”  forever desires to disarm honest, nonviolent people, while
leaving the criminals and crazies with guns. Those criminals and crazies do not
care about your rules or your laws, or the fact that it might be illegal to own a
gun. They will however be overjoyed, to know that normal, honest citizens will be
disarmed.

I am beginning to think that the “ruling class” only cares about power, and
keeping honest people afraid and dependant on them for protection, which will of
course turn out to be ineffective.

Evil will always implode eventually. Unfortunately, the damage to others is
usually been done by then.

I or anyone who spouts Bible verses and tells you what they mean, should be
studied and examined with care.

1 John 4:1
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

I think most people who know, or at least have some reverence for the Holy
Bible, also know that perpetually constant sin on the part of believers will cause
God to leave them alone to shift for themselves. You won’t be as blessed as you
were.

The question becomes, do we understand that the same goes for entire nations?

God will bless nations and governments that attempt to exist in a state of
Godliness, but will turn His back and even punish countries who are living and
governing as an agent for Satan.

America with all its faults, and with the demons it has needed to exorcise, has
been blessed and guided by God, from the creation of the Declaration of
Independence until recently. Over and over again.

God will turn His back or cast His wrath on nations and governments who
would rather “court the devil”. One that turns its back on God.

That does not mean that true believers within those nations will not have the
power and guidance of God. They will however, be living in a country that is
miserable and dangerous to exist in.

Over the years, polls and other means of gathering info has shown America to
be by a large number, a God believing country. By far, mostly a Christian God
believing nation.

Today, a full 20% of Americans do not believe in any god, and a larger
number profess no belief in the Christian God.

As a nation, we were founded mainly, by God believing, (primarily the
Christian God) people.  With all of our problems, we have been blessed by God
over and over and over again. It seems as though that is beginning to change. A
country is a living entity, just as a person is. Faith, and reverence for God, will
bring those blessings, but they will disappear in proportion to the faith of the
people. That may be happening now.

Chronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Psalm 33:12 “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!”

Isaiah 60:12  For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

Finally I will close with a sunrise image made at a place called Cave Point. It is
on the shores of Lake Michigan, in Door, County Wisconsin. This was made a
long time ago.  Velvia slide film was used.
