With or Without

Sometimes it is better to put forth our thoughts, opinions, and handiwork with an explanation, and other times they should be presented without one.

Without.

Today’s photography section is without description or explanation. There are more important things in life than nature photos, however it is still always nice to share them as to remind ourselves of the beauty and the wonder we are surrounded with each and every day. Explaining the Xs and Os, or recanting the experiences we have had in the field, is also nice and usually what I do, but that’s not all there is to the creation of imagery. Sometimes we just need to enjoy what we see and sit silently.

With.

Below the first two Bible verses of 1Timothy chapter 4, say much about the times we’re in. The Bible is replete with verses written centuries upon centuries ago, that deal with the times we face today, and especially what we will experience in the days ahead.

1Timothy Chapter 4

Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. (Currently a daily experience in America and the world, and sometimes even in churches)

Speaking lies of hypocrisy, as having their conscience seared with a hot iron.

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, and they that lack the beginning have neither a middle or an end.
John Bunyan.

You can do more than pray after you have prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed. Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God, and a scourge to Satan.
John Bunyan

Broken

I was broken, as we all are or were. I mistakenly thought I could fix it, but I could not. Only the precious shed blood of Christ could do that. The best among us are broken. The Son of God is the only true answer.

We are told in the Bible, all have fallen short of the Glory of God.

We are never perfect. Thanks to the perfection of Christ, we can gain His perfection, which will make us able to spend eternity at the right hand of God.

God Bless,
Wayne
