Water

Often, a variety of subjects in photography has been my goal, even when I stayed within the boundaries of the natural world. Even when I stay with a theme such as animals or water I still look for variety.

In a certain sense, these first six images are all about water……with other subjects mixed in.

A crane on a fence, at lakeside.

Everything wild creatures do, or don’t do, was always fodder for my camera. Because of the direction of the light, getting detail in my subject, without “blowing out” the scene, was impossible. With that said, there is a mood and atmosphere here of chilliness and starkness that I loved.

Water. To me water, was a subject no matter the location or type.

Forgetting about H2O, here we have a frog in the forest, with a single shaft of light. The light in this image fascinated me, almost as much as the frog.

Finally, I have made my share of images of Pheasants in the wild. They are rarely up in a tree or on some bushes. They spend a lot of time on the ground. Here, I made my image, said thank you as I always did to wild critters, and moved on.

These Bible verses are put together from both Romans and Galatians

Paul said as any born again Christian might,
I am crucified with Christ, but Christ lives in me, and the life that I now live in the flesh, I live by the Faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me

How about you?

May God Bless,
Wayne
