Variety that is.
I am not sure of the species of the flower below, but I love the soft gentle feeling that it gives.

While just like with insects, birds, mammals, trees, locations and so on, knowing what this bug is or that flower is, is important as a photographer who sold images for publication, those subjects can be photographed first and labeled aft wards.
As a photographer, one if my favorite locations in America, was White Sands New Mexico. Like many locations, small changes can alter the mood of an image. In the case below, the difference is, no sky all sand, and a little sky. Moods can be altered via such decisions.

One of my favorite “little critters” is the Pika. This one was photographed above 14,000 feet in Colorado. The plant you see it its mouth, is actually used to store other with plants that are more tasty and nutritious, as it acts as a preservative.

I have shockingly few images of coyotes That despite one spring having a pair with babies in a den across the street from my house. They inhabit much of the U.S, including places such as Central Park in New York City. With all that said, I captured (photographically) this one in Wyoming. Just after sunrise I spotted it waking across a field, I got out my camera and tripod, set it just ahead of where it was walking, and clicked the shutter for this colorful sunrise image. At one point, it walked within two feet of me. Touching distance. I do not, repeat I do not, recommend that.

One of my favorite birds, and I have many, is the Kestrel. This one was shot, photographically speaking, within a mile of my house. Somewhere in the quagmire that I call my files, lies some imagery of it eating a mouse,

Ahhhhhhh yes, a Yellow Warbler male. Highly sought after. This one really showed no fear of me.

Finally, part of a herd of Antelope in Colorado. These are all the lovely ladies, and one selfish male is about twenty feet from them.

May God Bless,
Wayne
God specializes in the impossible.
He is waiting at the door for you and me. He only needs to know we believe.
A truth iabout what I See in the world is that anger can be righteous and proper, but hate, always produces losers on both sides of the arguement.
