Snow, Ice, & Blossoms, Part One

For the next few posts, I will be celebrating the beauty of winter. Snow, frost & Ice via landscapes, close ups, and sometimes with animals.

Also in most posts, flowers and the beauty and new hope they bring with them every year.

Christmas is on the way and I will attempt, at least for the most part, to ignore the sometimes ugly world we live in today, in favor of beauty.

There’s nothing like getting up early on a winter’s morning, to photograph the aftermath of an evening storm.

Rivers and roads provide nice visual “leading lines” into a scene.

Dusk allows for somber yet beautiful images.

Close-ups of ice and frost allow us to continue our macro photography into winter.

A bit of spring flowers, and a touch of winter. This Rocky Mt. lake gives us a chance to cover everything.

Macros reign supreme in flower season.

God Bless, and may all be good,
Wayne
