“ We live in a time where we get into more trouble for telling the truth, than for lying. “
Tucker Carlson
The only thing wrong with Carlson’s comment, is that it’s way understated.
We currently have a Justice Department, at least at higher levels, that lives by the motto no lie is too big to condone. They call lies the truth and the truth lies.
A sad time in history.
I would just like to mention that the link you see below to Pastor John MacArthur, is somewhat unique for me. By that I mean that I send you a link to what is known as a Calvinist. Someone who (after the Bible) reads and agrees with the teaching of John Calvin. I will not go into the differences in what a Calvinist believes and what an average Biblical Christian believes, because it might take me a month, and then I could be wrong.
MacArthur has many books and articles written. I am prone to believe that his Calvinism may show itself in those places. I have only heard him preach. Maybe 30 times. His Calvinism seems to hold a place that he does not go to in his face to face preaching. Is it okay or even fruitful to listen to someone who believes some things that you believe and also believes some things you do not.? Only though, with our own knowledge and discipline firmly in place.
His preaching is precise, and preached with a superb understanding of the Bible. He has yet to lead me wrong.
With all of that said, the link to him is only for seasoned Christians who can handle his Calvinism if it should appear. Those who can rightly divide the Bible to its true meaning.
Beyond all that, his skills to correctly discern information from the Word of God, is at a high level, and is therefore worthy of a look.

There are as many differing sorts of personalities and styles of pastors/preachers or deliverers of sermons if you will, as there are drops of water in an ocean. I am one who thinks that is good, although I admit it can sometimes make things hard on the Christian who is trying to decipher the Word.
Varieties of personalities, can reach varieties of people.
There are two leading types of message carriers if you will. Many subtypes.
There is the studious, intellectual sort, which is overall my favorite. Then there is the emotional, sometimes “fire and brimstone” preacher. If they are truthful, knowledgeable and accurate, they can lead many people to God.
Macarthur that I mention above, leans to intellectualism as a carrier of the Word. The best that I know of that had bridged the gap between brain and heart, was the late Adrian Rodgers. His preaching’s can still be found on the internet as well as some Christian television stations.
The most important traits to any preacher is in my opinion, are knowledge and honesty. Knowledge of what is and is not, in this complicated world with lots of religion and ceremony, but very little honest knowledge.
It should in my opinion, always be about God and the truth of His Word first and foremost. I used to frequently struggle to undertsand. I find myself in that plosition less and less as time goes on. Still, I am open to being wrong. Sometimes I am, but it is less and less.
Ulitmately God is the authority, and through prayer, He settles my disputes.

Let us move on to some pictures. Most of you know that I have photographed a lot of different subjects in my life. Both for fun, and for money.
Nature and all her Godly grandeur was my favorite subject. The diversity and power and the beauty of her, is mesmerizing. The intellectual aspects of nature are just as powerful as the beauty.
I love the natural world, I care about it, and I love creating the likeness of such, and sharing it.
There is however something I do not do. I do not worship nature. I most assuredly worship her Creator, almighty God. Sharing what my Creator has made is a privilege.
The direct worship of nature is paganism.
The photos below are all old. Several were born on film.
Give me zero credit today for the images, as any beauty and power existing there, belongs to God.

We all live in or have lived in at times, in both emotional and spiritual pain. There is one answer and His name is Jesus. Given by the Father, so we can become Holy by His cleansing blood.
God Bless,
