Pictures & Words

I am right here!!  Look at me!!  Immature Barn Swallow.

In Wisconsonland, the wild Geranium was always my favorite flower.  I waited every spring for this flower.  It was like waiting to meet the now grown children of my best friends from years past.

How about summer?  Wild Sunflowers.

Handsome gent.  The Male Bufflehead Duck.

Young Cottontail Rabbit.

The art of falling water.

I want to thank my great friend Ron Toel for inspiring me with his article Outdoor Experiences in our previous blog.

Nature photography is the all-purpose activity.  It can get you outside the confines of your domain.  In fact if you treat it like I once did it is an excellent substitute for implementing a boring exercise regiment.  You get to see a lot of beautiful scenes and flowers.  You can learn about wild animals.  You can feel like a National Geographic photographer.  You can express yourself artistically.  It is a way of making a statement, without words.   You will make the highest quality friends of your lifetime.

I am happy that you stopped by to chat!
