Divided We Stand

The song lyrics read “nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong” It is amazing how smart each and every Wisconsonite (and American?) is.   No matter what side you are on, there is no need to listen when you are always right.  Over the past 20 years we have pretty much become a nation of sidepickers.  Everything our side does and says is right whether it is or not, and everything the other side does or says is forever wrong.   I enjoy sports and I am a Green Bay Packer football fan.  Real life however is not about rooting for one side and booing the other. The death of independent thought is not to be celebrated.

On to the natural world.

Soon we will have the season of new life.  A great time to forget the past and move on to all of those possibilities.  I have celebrated with flowers.
