Something New 10/05/10  Certainly nothing spectacular with my photography this morning but it was glorious to enjoy a beautiful autumn day with the birds, the plants and the trees.

It’s funny how it seems that our plans often don’t work out the way our dreams told us they would.  I guess that is why I have never put a lot of stock in where I wind up, but I cherish every new road I travel.  The journey always makes up for the finish.  At least that has been true in my life.  So many chase that Pot of Gold to the end of the rainbow.  It is rarely what you think it will be, and sometimes it’s a pure illusion.  The secret just might have been that it was about the rainbow all along.  The rainbow and the journey.
