Dew covered webs are about shooting when there is zero wind. That includes your breath.  They are also about using a tripod.  Keeping the tripod legs and your own appendages from touching anything that might be in turn touching the web and lastly, isolating your background so that your “string of pearls” has some pop to it.  Lens choice and camera position is how you isolate that background.
